Valentine’s Day seems to be a little early around my house, too. To find his gift this year, I sent Chris on a hunt throughout the house much like the one in “The Orphanage” (a.k.a. El Orfanato), but my version had 32 permutations. It was very difficult to find time to hide 30+ objects in the house when he works from home!
It works by putting something where it doesn’t belong. So in the wrapped package was a bit of dog food. Now, obviously, that wasn’t the present, so he had to go to the dog food and find something that didn’t belong there… and so on–some upstairs and some downstairs and by the time your finished, everything is back in its correct place. He did know where most of it went, and actually did discover an item the day before, but was wise enough to leave it where he found it until the correct time. It was fun!

I bet that it WAS hard with him home!! How did the hunt go… was it easy or hard for him to find it all - sooo many things! how did you find so many?
